NEW MACHINES

Dedicated: 6 months on listed components – PCB, P.S.U, Monitor, Transformer, Tube and chassis, Hard Drive.

Pinball: 6 months on listed components - PCBs, Transformer, Dot Matrix Display

USED MACHINES

Dedicated: over $5,000  3 months on listed components - PCB, PSU, Transformer, Tube and Chassis, Hard Drive.

Pinball: over $5,000  6 months on listed components - PCBs, Transformer

NO WARRANTY ON DOT MATRIX DISPLAY

Dedicated $2,000-$5,000 30 Days on PCB only (No other components covered)

Used Pinball $1,500 - $5,000 30 Days on PCB only (No other components covered)

There will be no warranty where:

a) The damage is caused by repair work carried out by an unauthorised person
b) The purchase price of a dedicated machine is below $2,000
c) The purchase price of a pinball machine is under $1,500
d) A customer purchases second hand components, eg. power supplies, coin mechanism, monitors.

PINBALL PARTS ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

ALL MAJOR WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY PINBALLS R US OR THEIR AUTHORISED AGENTS

WARRANTY CLAIMS

1. Labour costs are not covered by this warranty.
2 Lamps, fuses, coils, coil sleeves, micro switches, switches, targets, plastic buttons, wiring, glass, locks, cash boxes, all plastic playfield parts, wire ramps, external mouldings, and some mechanical parts are NOT covered by warranty.
3. Any parts removed from machines and returned to PINBALLS R US for warranty will not be accepted unless they are parts with serial number stickers attached eg. dot matrix displays, pinball PCBs, game PCBs.
4. Transport and freight costs are not covered by warranty.
5. Warranty is NOT transferrable with the sale of a machine from one owner to another.
6. Warranty claims made after the expiry of the warranty period will not be accepted, regardless of whether the fault was reported during the warranty period or not.
